Moss Adams provides accounting, assurance, tax and consulting services to public and private middle-market enterprises in Washington, Oregon and California. Nearly 20 years in one location, Moss Adams moved to a new facility in over 105,000 square feet on 4-1/2 floors. The space was designed to accommodate the company’s fast paced growth and reflect their corporate image: professional, efficient and personal. Substainable materials such as bamboo veneer panels and recyclable cork-rubber floors were used throughout their space. Bright colors punctuated common areas and muted colors accented the workspaces. The final construction costs for the project (excluding furniture, cabling and move) was achieved within the tenant improvement allowance budget.
