CapitalStream provides software and consulting services that enable commercial banks and finance companies to collaborate, integrate and operate more effectively across their front office teams. Located in the Fremont district, CapitalStream occupies over 50,000 square feet in a new building along the ship-canal. The triangular shaped building allowed for a unique open plan configuration with conference rooms and production rooms located in the center and work spaces interspersed along the scalene triangles. The ceilings were exposed to provide indirect lighting and simple aesthetics. Natural maple veneers, etched concrete floors, low VOC paints and slate tiles were used judiciously in the common spaces and reception area. The overall design resulted in an attractive, cost effective design and a clean, efficient build out.
