The Gregory is a mixed-use condominuim and office building located in downtown Edmonds, WA. It includes 29 residential units and 5 commercial and retail spaces. The residential units are bright, open spaces with a warm palate and high-end finishes. Grace is also working with individual clients who will occupy the commercial & retail space at the Gregory, including a mortgage company and a fine jewelry company.
