Pebble Beach Condominuim is located on Lake Washington in Kirkland, WA. It is an over-the-water structure which required special handling to prevent construction debris from entering the lake. This was a full strip and reclad project which included a new roof, new windows, new doors and siding, as well as deck repairs with the addition of privacy screens. A new entry window wall system and awning were constructed. The building was cladded with Marblecrete and clear cedar siding. Site work included repaving, new lighting, irrigation, bike racks, and garbage surround structure.
